PHASE 1 - ObSERVATION & RECOMMENDATIONS

  1. SET GOALS - We spend our first few meetings getting to know you and tailoring our objective to you and your business.
  2. OBSERVE - Over a 3-4 week period we will interview managers, staff, dig through P&Ls and labor reports to find areas to improve.
  3. REPORT - We will deliver a detailed Recommendation Report and meet with you to discuss our findings.

PHASE 2 - IMPLEMENTATION

  1. 100-DAY TIMELINE - We will create a timeline to implement all of the recommendations you choose within 100 days.
  2. ACTION MEETINGS - We host weekly meetings with management that result in delegation and implementation.
  3. REVIEW - We will monitor review progress as the 100-day challenge commences.

PHASE 3 - ONGOING MAINTENENCE

  1. P&L MEETINGS - We act as your "outsourced" CFO, hosting monthly P&L Meetings with ownership and management.
  2. BUDGETING - We create budgets and forecasts so you can see the health of your business and respond quickly to changes.
  3. REVIEWS - We conduct quarterly reviews to make business is continually improving and our recommendations are holding strong.
